Service agreements cover repairs and inspections for equipment faults; normal wear, consumables and misuse-related damage are excluded. Basic service starts within 3 business days, priority service within 1 business day, standard hours Mon–Fri 9–17. Travel costs apply beyond 30km. Fixed-term agreements expire automatically; open-ended contracts require 3 months' notice from the customer, 6 months from us.

We accept cash (no card payments), advance payment by invoice, and invoicing for approved business accounts — standard terms 10 days net. International orders require prepayment. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We can also help arrange financing through Sampo Rahoitus leasing.

Products carry the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. Servers can be ordered with a 1- or 3-year warranty or maintenance plan. Faulty components are replaced from stock whenever possible; used products carry a 6-month warranty. Extended warranties and on-site service are available (on-site limited to the Helsinki metropolitan area). Priority service begins the next business day, with shipping costs covered by us. Please submit a service request before returning any product.

We process personal data only for customer relationship and order management, under Finnish data protection law, and never sell it to third parties — it's shared externally only when necessary for order fulfilment. A contract forms once you accept our offer or we confirm your order. You may cancel if delivery runs more than 11 business days late (excluding force majeure or special-order items). Payment terms are 10 days net from the invoice date; goods remain our property until paid in full. Our liability for late delivery is capped at 0.5% of order value per week, up to 4% total. Disputes are resolved in our local (Helsinki) court.

We choose the delivery method per order — usually A2B or UPS courier, or post for small items. Orders ship complete by default once everything's in stock; partial shipments are available on request (extra freight applies per shipment). Same-day express delivery is available for urgent server replacements, with a surcharge for expedited handling. Credit customers can also arrange taxi delivery. Pickup is available at our Kaapelitehdas office in Helsinki.
